2014 marked the start of the 7th year as an integral part of the Steam Injection Skid process with one of our valued customers. This year KSFM will produce metering skids servicing just under 100 injection wells!
Skid construction takes advantage of all disciplines available to KSI, including:
- Engineering and Design of process skid and electrical control system
- Fabrication, testing, and assembly of the skid, including remotely controlled metering system
- Installation, programming, and testing of control panel in UL certified panel shop
- Coating of final product
- Additionally, connective piping is prefabricated and shipped with the completed skid. This design and the close communication between KSI’s field and shop operations has allowed for quick cycle time per well between skid delivery and completion of install.
